Project inspection

Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS) conducts all government surveys and censuses in accordance with the Statistics Act 2013. Among which the main censuses are: Population and Housing Census, Agricultural (Cereal, Fisheries and Livestock) Census and Economic Census. Censuses are conducted every 10 years. Besides, the government conducts important surveys at different times of the year such as: Child Labor Survey, National Disability Survey, National Labor Force Survey, Consumer Price Index (CPI), SVRS in digital platform etc.
